After my admission to the State Bar of Wisconsin in 1983, I created my private practice. Since the inception of my practice, I have focused on bankruptcy.  And throughout the years, I have spoken on many bankruptcy issues. In 2013, I added consumer protection to my practice to assist clients with mortgage problems as the market rapidly imploded. Currently, I focus on Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies for consumers; claims that arise from creditor activity during or after those bankruptcies; Wisconsin's Chapter 128 debt repayment plans; student loan defense and foreclosure defense of homeowners.
