I have been practicing law as a sole practitioner since 1995 at 35
Wisconsin St., Oshkosh, Wisconsin. On Aptil 26, 2007 I moved to my
new location at:

Oshkosh, WI 54901
My clients live primarily in Fond du Lac, Green Lake, Marquette,
Outagamie and Winnebago Counties. I am licensed in the State of
Wisconsin and do not take cases in other states.
My mission is to represent my clients to the best of my abilities. That
said, I can't do it alone. An attorney can only do so much without the
client's assistance and cooperation.
Bad things happen to good people. But bankruptcy is not always the
solution. Analysis of one's spending priorities may be the solution. As
a result, the new bankruptcy laws require that all individuals who file
bankruptcy must attend credit counseling to investigate and determine
eligibility for debt repayment plans before a bankruptcy may be filed.
If the counseling is not the solution and a debt repayment plan is not
feasible, a certificate must be obtained to verify that counseling was
completed within 6 months of filing bankruptcy. This proof of the
counseling must be filed with the bankruptcy petition.
A debt management course is required to be completed before a
bankruptcy discharge is granted. If proof of the course is not filed with the
court within the required time limit, the case is closed without discharge.
Another filing fee must be paid to reopen the case to file the late
certificate.
